1.1 These Bonus Terms form an integral part of the Company's Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Complaints Policy and any other policies or promotional terms published on the Website. In the event of any inconsistency between these Bonus Terms and any promotion-specific terms published in connection with a particular Bonus, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

7.4 Where the Company reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or any prohibited practice, the Company may, without prejudice to any other rights available to it:

(a) refuse to award a Bonus;

(b) cancel or withdraw a Bonus;

(c) declare any wagering requirements unsatisfied;

(d) forfeit Bonus funds;

(e) remove any winnings derived directly or indirectly from the Bonus;

(f) reverse transactions associated with the Bonus to the extent reasonably practicable;

(g) suspend or close the Player Account in accordance with the Company's Terms and Conditions; and

(h) take any other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory or licensing requirements.

7.5 Nothing in these Bonus Terms limits the Company's right to investigate suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, identity fraud or any other activity prohibited by the Company's Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

8.1 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion-specific terms, Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified by the Company. Any unused Bonus funds, free spins or other promotional benefits remaining after the applicable expiry date shall automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation.

8.2 Where a Bonus expires, is cancelled or is forfeited before the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, any remaining Bonus funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus funds that have not become eligible for withdrawal may be removed from the Player Account.

8.3 The Company may cancel, suspend or withdraw any Bonus where:

8.4 Where a Bonus is cancelled, suspended or forfeited, the Company may also remove any winnings derived directly or indirectly from that Bonus, subject to applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements.

8.5 The cancellation, expiry or forfeiture of a Bonus shall not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the Bonus was cancelled, expired or forfeited.

8.6 The Company may amend, suspend, discontinue or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any such changes shall apply prospectively unless otherwise required by applicable legal, regulatory or licensing requirements.
