Individuals who register an account with the Company to access the Services are referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Players", and each registered account is referred to as a "Player Account".

1.2 The Company recognises that protecting the privacy and security of personal data is an important responsibility and is committed to processing such data lawfully, fairly, securely and, where required by applicable law, with informed consent. 1.3 This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal data the Company collects, the purposes for which such data is processed, the circumstances in which it may be disclosed to third parties, the measures implemented to safeguard it, and the rights available to individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data.

1.4 This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Company's Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Website, registering a Player Account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree that your personal data may be collected, used and otherwise processed in accordance with its provisions.

1.5 The Company processes personal data in accordance with its contractual obligations to Players, applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements, including obligations relating to anti-money laundering ("AML"), counter- terrorist financing ("CTF"), fraud prevention and responsible gambling, as well as applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable, and the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

1.6 Nothing contained in this Privacy Policy shall limit or exclude any rights, obligations or responsibilities arising under applicable law or under the Company's Terms and Conditions.

2.1 This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed by the Company in connection with the operation of the Website and the provision of the Services, regardless of whether such personal data is collected directly from you or obtained from authorised third parties in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Website and all Players who register or maintain a Player Account with the Company. It also applies to individuals who contact the Company through customer support, participate in promotions or marketing activities, submit verification documentation, or otherwise interact with the Company in connection with the Services.

2.3 The Company may collect personal data through various means, including during account registration, identity verification procedures, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, correspondence with customer support, participation in promotions, the use of cookies and similar technologies, and through the normal operation and security monitoring of the Website.

2.4 From time to time, the Website may contain links to websites or services operated by independent third parties, including Payment Service Providers ("PSPs"), game providers or other third-party service providers. Such third parties operate independently from the Company and maintain their own privacy practices. The Company does not control and accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices, content or security of any third-party websites or services. Players are encouraged to review the applicable privacy policies of such third parties before providing any personal data.

2.5 The Services are intended solely for individuals who have reached the legal gambling age in their country of residence and who are legally permitted to use the Services. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors. If the Company becomes aware that a Player has not reached the applicable legal gambling age, the relevant Player Account may be suspended or closed, and any personal data processed in connection with that account may be retained or disclosed where required to comply with applicable legal, regulatory or licensing requirements.

3.1 In order to provide the Services and comply with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements, the Company collects and processes personal data that is necessary for the establishment, administration and security of Player Accounts, the provision of gaming services and the fulfilment of its legal obligations. The categories of personal data collected will depend upon the nature of your interaction with the Company and the Services.

3.2 When you register a Player Account, the Company will collect information necessary to identify you and establish your account. This generally includesyour full name, date of birth, residential address, country of residence, nationality, email address, telephone number and any other information requested during the registration process. The Company will also generate account credentials, including your username and encrypted password, to enable secure access to your Player Account.

3.3 As you use the Services, the Company will collect information relating to the operation of your Player Account. This includes records of deposits, withdrawals, payment methods used, betting activity, gameplay history, bonuses, promotions, tournaments, winnings, account balances, responsible gambling settings, transaction history and any other information generated through your use of the Services. Such information is required to administer your Player Account, process transactions, provide the Services, resolve disputes and comply with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements.

3.4 In order to comply with its obligations relating to AML, CTF, fraud prevention and customer due diligence, the Company may request additional personal data to verify your identity and assess the legitimacy of your Player Account and financial activity. Depending on the circumstances, this may include government-issued identification documents, proof of residential address, proof of ownership of payment methods, photographs or live selfie verification, bank statements, source of funds documentation, source of wealth information and any additional documents or information that the Company reasonably considers necessary to complete its verification procedures.

3.5 Where enhanced due diligence is required, the Company may obtain additional information from reputable third-party verification providers, sanctions screening providers, politically exposed person ("PEP") databases, fraud prevention databases, PSPs, financial institutions or other third-party service providers, where such processing is necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements or to protect the legitimate interests of the Company.

This information may include your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, language preferences, login history, session duration, device characteristics, approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, network information, activity logs and other technical information generated through your interaction with the Website and the Services.

3.7 Such technical information assists the Company in maintaining the security and integrity of the Website, detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, identifying multiple account usage, enforcing geographical restrictions, monitoring compliance with the Company's Terms and Conditions, improving website functionality, resolving technical issues and enhancing the overall security and performance of the Services.

3.8 Where you communicate with the Company, records of those communications may be retained. This may include correspondence by email, live chat, telephone, complaints, account enquiries, verification correspondence and any other communications reasonably necessary for the administration of your Player Account, the provision of customer support or compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements.

3.9 The Company may also receive personal data from trusted third parties where permitted by applicable law. Such information may be obtained from PSPs, identity verification providers, fraud prevention agencies, financial institutions, publicly available sources, sanctions databases, regulatory authorities or other authorised third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfil legal obligations or protect the legitimate interests of the Company.

3.10 The Company takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure that the personal data it processes is accurate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Players are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to the Company remains complete, accurate and up to date throughout the duration of their relationship with the Company.

4.1 The Company processes personal data only where it has a legitimate contractual, legal, regulatory or business purpose for doing so. As a licensed online gambling operator, many of the Company's processing activities are mandatory and are undertaken in order to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements. Accordingly, certain categories of personal data must be processed before the Company is able to establish a Player Account, provide the Services or process financial transactions.

4.2 The primary purpose for processing personal data is to establish, administer and maintain your Player Account and to provide the Services requested by you. This includes creating and managing your Player Account, authenticating your identity when accessing the Website, processing deposits and withdrawals, administering bonuses, promotions and tournaments, recording betting activity, calculating winnings, providing customer support, responding to enquiries and otherwise performing the Company's contractual obligations to you.

4.3 The Company also processes personal data to verify the identity, age, country of residence and eligibility of Players. Verification procedures may be carried out during registration, before processing withdrawals, following changes to account information or at any other time where the Company considers such verification necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements or to protect the integrity of the Services.

4.4 In accordance with its AML and CTF obligations, the Company conducts customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence where appropriate and ongoing monitoring throughout the duration of the business relationship. Personal data may therefore be processed for the purposes of identity verification, sanctions screening, PEP screening, source of funds verification, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, risk assessments and the reporting of suspicious activities to competent authorities where required by applicable law. These obligations are mandatory and cannot be waived by either the Company or the Player.

4.5 The Company processes personal data to detect, investigate and prevent fraud, financial crime and abuse of the Services. This includes monitoring for multiple account creation, bonus abuse, payment fraud, chargebacks, collusion, manipulation of games, suspicious betting activity, unauthorised access to Player Accounts, prohibited use of virtual private networks (VPNs), attempts to circumvent geographical restrictions and any other activity that may breach the Company's Terms and Conditions or compromise the integrity of the Services. To support these activities, the Company may utilise automated monitoring systems, risk assessment tools and information obtained from trusted third- party service providers.

4.6 Personal data is also processed to improve the operation, performance and security of the Website and the Services. The Company analyses technical information, account activity and operational data to identify technical issues, improve website functionality, enhance the user experience, develop new products and services, evaluate promotions, conduct internal reporting and better understand how the Services are used. Where reasonably practicable, such analysis is carried out using aggregated or anonymised data that does not directly identify individual Players.

4.7 Where permitted by applicable law, the Company may use your contact details to send information relating to promotions, bonuses, tournaments, new games, new products, special offers or other marketing communications that may be of interest to you. Players may withdraw their consent or opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by updating their account preferences, using the unsubscribe facility contained in marketing communications or by contacting customer support. However, the Company may continue to send communications relating to the administration of your Player Account, security matters, legal notices or changes to the Services where such communications are necessary for the proper operation of the Player Account or to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

4.8 The Company may also process personal data where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, comply with court orders or requests from competent authorities, protect the rights, property, reputation or security of the Company, its Players or third parties, investigate complaints or disputes, enforce the Company's Terms and Conditions, or otherwise fulfil its legal, regulatory and licensing obligations. In all cases, the Company will process personal data only for purposes that are compatible with this Privacy Policy and will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that such personal data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

5.1 The Company treats all personal data as confidential and does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Personal data is disclosed only where reasonably necessary for the operation of the Services, compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements, the protection of the Company's legitimate interests, or where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

5.2 In order to provide the Services, the Company may disclose personal data to carefully selected third-party service providers acting on its behalf. Such providers may include PSPs, banking institutions, identity verification providers, AML and sanctions screening providers, fraud prevention agencies, game providers, software providers, cloud hosting providers, IT infrastructure providers, customer communication providers, analytics providers, auditors, legal advisers and other professional advisers engaged by the Company in connection with the operation of the Services.

5.3 Where personal data is disclosed to third-party service providers, the Company requires such providers to process personal data only for the specific purposes for which it was disclosed and to implement appropriate technical, organisational and security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or misuse.

5.4 The Company may disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, licensing authorities, law enforcement agencies, governmental authorities, courts or other competent bodies where such disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, regulatory obligations, licensing requirements, court order or lawful request. This includes disclosures made in connection with AML and CTF obligations, fraud investigations, criminal investigations, sanctions compliance, taxation matters or the enforcement of the Company's legal rights.

5.5 Where necessary to protect the integrity of the Services, the Company may also disclose personal data to fraud prevention agencies, PSPs, financial institutions, game providers or other authorised third parties for the purposes of investigating suspected fraud, payment disputes, multiple account creation, chargebacks, bonus abuse, collusion, game manipulation, suspicious transactions or other activities that may breach the Company's Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

5.6 In the event that the Company undergoes a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing transaction, sale of assets or other business reorganisation, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity or its professional advisers as part of the relevant transaction. Any such transfer shall remain subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations and this Privacy Policy, unless and until a replacement privacy policy is communicated to Players.

5.7 Except as expressly described in this Privacy Policy or where required by applicable law, the Company will not disclose personal data to third parties without an appropriate legal or operational justification.

6.1 Due to the international nature of the Company's business and the provision of online gambling services, personal data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries outside your country of residence.

6.2 Such international transfers may occur where reasonably necessary for the operation of the Services, including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML and CTF compliance, customer support, cloud hosting, software development, game provision, technical infrastructure or other operational requirements.

6.3 The Company's service providers, PSPs, game providers and other third- party service providers may operate from multiple jurisdictions. Consequently, personal data may be processed in jurisdictions that maintain different standards of data protection from those applicable in your country of residence.

6.4 Before transferring personal data internationally, the Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate contractual, organisational or technical safeguards are implemented so that personal data continues to receive an appropriate level of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements.

6.5 By registering a Player Account and using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred internationally where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

7.1 The Company retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including the provision of the Services, administration of Player Accounts, compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements, prevention of fraud and financial crime, resolution of disputes and protection of the Company's legal rights.

7.2 As a licensed online gambling operator, the Company is subject to legal and regulatory obligations requiring the retention of certain personal data, including identification records, transaction histories, verification documentation, correspondence and financial information relating to Players. Such records will generally be retained for at least five (5) years, or for a longer period where required by applicable legal, regulatory or licensing requirements.

7.3 The Company may also retain personal data where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, investigate complaints, respond to requests from competent authorities, detect or prevent fraud, satisfy accounting and taxation obligations or enforce its Terms and Conditions.

7.4 Once personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and any applicable retention period has expired, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to securely delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of such personal data in accordance with its internal retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

7.5 Where personal data has been anonymised so that it can no longer reasonably identify an individual, the Company may retain and use such anonymised information for statistical analysis, service improvement, business planning and other legitimate commercial purposes.

8.1 The Company recognises the importance of maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data and is committed to implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data throughout its lifecycle.

8.2 The Company maintains security procedures intended to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, misuse or unauthorised access. Such measures are regularly reviewed and updated having regard to the nature of the personal data processed, technological developments, operational risks and applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements.

All persons authorised to process personal data on behalf of the Company are subject to confidentiality obligations and are required to process personal data only in accordance with applicable law and the Company's internal policies.

8.5 Players are responsible for maintaining strong, unique and confidential passwords, safeguarding all authentication credentials associated with their Player Account and taking reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access. Players should notify customer support immediately if they suspect that their account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.

8.6 Where technically available, the Company may offer multi-factor authentication (2FA) or similar enhanced authentication measures to improve the security of Player Accounts. Players are encouraged to enable such features where available.

8.7 While the Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect personal data and maintain the security of the Website and the Services, no method of transmitting information over the internet or storing electronic information can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorised access, interception, loss or disclosure of personal data arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that the Company has implemented appropriate security measures consistent with its legal, regulatory and licensing obligations.
