RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING POLICY
Last Updated: 20 July 2026
1. Introduction
1.1 This Responsible Gambling Policy explains the measures implemented by 3- 102-964836 SRL (the "Company") to promote responsible gambling and to assist individuals who register an account with the Company to access the Services (the "Players") in maintaining control over their gambling activities while using the Company's website (the "Website") and the online gambling and betting services made available through it (collectively, the "Services"). For the purposes of this Responsible Gambling Policy, a "Player Account" means an account registered by a Player to access and use the Services. This Responsible Gambling Policy forms an integral part of the Company's Terms and Conditions and should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Website.
1.2 The Company is committed to providing the Services in a responsible manner and encourages all Players to regard gambling solely as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses or resolving personal or financial difficulties. While the majority of Players gamble responsibly, the Company recognises that gambling may become problematic for some individuals and is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing appropriate tools to assist Players in managing their gambling behaviour.
1.3 Every Player is responsible for making informed decisions regarding their gambling activities and for ensuring that their participation in the Services remains within their financial means and personal circumstances. Players are encouraged to monitor the amount of time and money they spend gambling, to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose and to avoid gambling while under financial, emotional or personal stress or while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that may impair judgement.
1.4 The Company provides a range of responsible gambling measures designed to assist Players in maintaining control over their gambling activities. These measures include the ability to set limits on certain account activities, take a temporary break from gambling through a cooling-off period, request self- exclusion from the Services and obtain information about independent organisations that provide advice, counselling and support for individuals experiencing gambling-related harm. The Company encourages any Player who believes that gambling is no longer an enjoyable form of entertainment or is negatively affecting their personal, financial or professional life to make use of these measures at the earliest opportunity.
1.5 The Company also encourages Players to familiarize themselves with the rules of the games they play, the applicable odds, and the potential risks associated with gambling before participating in the Services. Players should make informed decisions and regard gambling solely as a recreational activity.
