1. Introduction
This website (“website”, “platform”) is operated by 3-102-964836 SRL (“Company”, “we”, “our”), legal person number 3-102-964836, registered under the laws of Costa Rica. The Company holds an Anjouan Gaming License (License No. ALSI-202607013-FI1), issued on 15.07.2026 by the Anjouan Gaming Authority (Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros), authorizing the provision of online gambling and betting services.
By accessing and utilizing this website, you (“you”, “user”, “player”) acknowledge, accept, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you irrevocably confirm your full consent to all provisions contained herein. You are strongly encouraged to review them carefully before engaging in any activities on our platform. You are advised to download and retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions and to review them periodically, as we may amend or update them from time to time for commercial purposes, to comply with applicable laws or regulations, to follow instructions, guidance, or recommendations from any regulatory authority, or to improve customer service. These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Company's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Complaints Policy, Bonus Terms and any other policies published on the website, all of which form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the Company and the player.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to players when feasible; however, users are advised to check this section regularly to remain informed of any updates.
3.1 Access to the services is prohibited from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful, restricted, or where the Company is otherwise unable to provide services under its license due to applicable legal, regulatory, or sanctions requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, and as part of the Company’s risk- based compliance and geo-blocking policy, access to the services is currently restricted from, including but not limited to: United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Germany, Australia, and Comoros. The availability of the services may also be restricted, limited, or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to anti-money laundering (“AML”) and counter-terrorist financing (“CTF”) requirements, applicable sanctions regimes, as well as the internal policies of payment service providers (“PSPs”), banking partners, game providers, and other third-party service providers. Such requirements may result in additional restrictions, including the unavailability of registration, deposits, withdrawals, or specific payment methods or gaming content. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or expand the list of restricted jurisdictions and/or the availability of services at any time without prior notice in order to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, licensing, AML/CTF, sanctions, PSP, and provider obligations.
3.2 Only individuals who have reached the legal gambling age as defined by their jurisdiction of residence are permitted to participate. Players bear the sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable age restrictions. We may request proof of age at any time and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance.
4.1 Players are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their winnings, as dictated by their local laws. Additionally, if no bets have been placed following a deposit, we reserve the right to deduct processing fees upon withdrawal.
5.1 Players are expected to familiarize themselves with the rules of the games available on this platform. It is their responsibility to understand payout structures and gameplay mechanics.
5.2 Players are responsible for reviewing the rules, payout information, odds and other relevant information relating to each game before placing wagers. Such information is made available through the website or the relevant game interface.
6.1 Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risks, and the Company is not liable for any losses incurred while using the website.
6.2 While we implement robust security measures to protect user data, we are not responsible for unauthorized third-party access beyond our control.
6.3 The Company shall not be held liable for any technical malfunctions, including software or hardware failures, connectivity issues, or other disruptions that may affect gameplay.
6.4 Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law or applicable regulatory or licensing requirements.
7.1 Each user is permitted only one account. The creation of multiple accounts may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. Players must not share their accounts or grant access to third parties.
7.2 The use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) is strictly prohibited.
7.3 If an IP overlap is detected between multiple accounts, the Company may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the services, subject to the player's right to submit a complaint in accordance with the Company’s Complaints Policy.
7.4 Players must provide verification documents upon request, which may include identification, proof of residence, or financial statements.
7.5 Failure to provide accurate or verifiable documentation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
7.6 If the Company mistakenly credits the player account with any funds, bonus, or winnings that do not belong to the player, whether due to a technical error, system malfunction, paytable error, human error, or otherwise, such amounts shall remain the property of the Company and shall not be due to the player. The Company reserves the right to correct such errors by reversing, deducting, or voiding the relevant amounts and any associated winnings, including where such funds have already been withdrawn.
8.1 The Company enforces strict fraud prevention and AML/CTF measures and reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals or at the point of account registration, in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements.
8.2 Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, multiple account creation, collusion, use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or abuse of bonuses, shall result in account suspension or termination and may lead to forfeiture of funds and notification of relevant authorities.
8.3 The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, or transactions obtained through exploitative gaming practices, advantage play, manipulation of games, or abuse of the platform.
8.4 Any software errors, malfunctions, or glitches must be reported immediately. Failure to do so may result in the voiding of affected bets or winnings and liability for resulting damages.
8.5 The use of “replaceable” cryptocurrency transactions (Opt-in Replace-by-Fee – RBF) is prohibited. Accounts engaging in such transactions may be restricted or closed.
8.6 Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted. Where deposits are made without gameplay activity, the Company reserves the right to apply additional wagering requirements of up to 3 times the deposited amount prior to processing a withdrawal, as part of its risk-based fraud prevention, AML/CTF controls, and in accordance with the policies of its payment service providers and risk management framework.
8.7 For verification purposes, the Company may request one or more of the following documents:
• a valid government-issued photo identification document;
• proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement);
• proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• any additional information reasonably required to complete verification.
8.8 Players shall submit the requested verification documents within 30 days from the date of request, unless a different deadline is specified. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure.
8.9 Upon receipt of all requested documentation, the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to complete verification as soon as reasonably practicable. Verification may involve internal review and checks with third-party service providers. The Company aims to complete verification within 10 calendar days of receiving all required documents, but complex cases or third-party checks may require additional time. Verification must be successfully completed before withdrawals are processed or account restrictions are lifted.
8.10 The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, restrict account activity, or suspend accounts until verification and compliance checks have been successfully completed.
9.1 The payment methods available to a player may vary depending on the player’s country of residence. Subject to such limitations, the Company may offer the following payment methods:
• Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards;
• Apple Pay;
• Google Pay;
• Open Banking (via supported providers);
• Cryptocurrencies (where available).
The Company reserves the right to add, remove or restrict payment methods at its sole discretion. Players may contact customer support to confirm the payment options available in their region.
9.2 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's name. Third-party deposits may be reversed, and funds lost due to such transactions will not be reimbursed.
10.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 EUR, GBP, USD (or the equivalent in another currency supported by the Company).
10.2 Withdrawals are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Clause 9.6. Where deposits have not been sufficiently wagered, the Company may apply transaction fees or other restrictions in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10.3 The Company may conduct identity, payment method, and compliance checks at any time in accordance with Section 9 and may suspend, delay, or refuse withdrawals in the event of inconsistencies, suspected fraud, or incomplete verification.
10.4 Standard withdrawal limits are 2,000 GBP, EUR, USD (or the equivalent in another currency supported by the Company) per day, 5,000 GBP, EUR, USD (or the equivalent in another currency supported by the Company) per week and 20,000 GBP, EUR, USD (or the equivalent in another currency supported by the Company) per month. Higher limits may apply at the Company’s discretion, including for high-value depositors.
10.5 Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full, regardless of standard withdrawal limits.
10.6 The number of simultaneous withdrawal requests is limited to one active transaction.
11.1 Where a player account remains inactive for an extended period, the Company may classify the account as dormant in accordance with its internal procedures. Before taking any action affecting a dormant account, the Company may attempt to contact the player using the contact details registered on the player account. Any remaining player balance will continue to be held in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory and licensing requirements. The Company will not confiscate player funds except where permitted or required by applicable law.
11.2 Dormant accounts may be reactivated upon request by contacting customer support.
12.1 The Company is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gambling environment. Gambling should be undertaken solely as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income.
12.2 The Company may provide responsible gambling tools including, where available, deposit limits, loss limits, session or time limits, reality checks, self-exclusion and account closure options. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools where appropriate.
12.3 The Company monitors player behaviour to identify indicators of potentially harmful gambling behaviour. Where appropriate, the Company may contact players, restrict promotional offers, impose account restrictions or suspend gambling activity in order to promote responsible gambling.
12.4 Players who activate self-exclusion or whose accounts are restricted for responsible gambling purposes may be prevented from participating in promotions or receiving bonuses during the applicable restriction period.
12.5 Additional information regarding responsible gambling measures, self-exclusion procedures and support organisations is available in the Company's Responsible Gambling Policy published on the website.

13.3 Information relating to game rules, payout structures, odds, return-to- player percentages (where available) and other relevant game information is made available to players before participation.
13.4 The Company maintains appropriate measures to detect fraud, collusion, game manipulation and other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the services.

15.2 The Company will investigate complaints fairly and in good faith in accordance with the Company’s Complaints Policy.
15.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure, the player may refer the complaint to the applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) provider in accordance with the Company’s Complaints Policy.
16.1 All transactions, deposits, bets, or purchases made through the website are final and nonrefundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law. The Company reserves the sole discretion to cancel, reverse, or withhold any transaction, bet, or payout in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation of the website, violation of these Terms and Conditions, breach of applicable laws or regulations, technical errors, or any other circumstance where the Company reasonably determines that a transaction cannot be honored.
16.2 Users may submit requests for cancellations or refunds in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject any request that does not comply with these procedures, appears to be fraudulent, or is submitted after the applicable time frame for consideration. Any adjustments or reversals made by the Company in such cases are final and not subject to dispute, except as required by law.
16.3 In cases of suspected abuse, breach of Terms and Conditions, or violation of applicable laws, the Company may suspend or terminate accounts and withhold funds as necessary. By using the website, users acknowledge and accept that all transactions are subject to these Terms and Conditions and that the Company’s decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, and reversals are subject to the player's rights under the Company's Complaints Policy and applicable law, except as otherwise required by law.
16.4 Nothing contained in this section limits the player's right to submit a complaint under the Company's Complaints Policy or, where applicable, refer an unresolved complaint to the applicable ADR provider.
